GEOPOSITION Vlasina lake is situated 75 km from Leskovac in the course of Vlasotince, Svoda and Black Grass, and is on the same distance in the course of Vladicin Han - Surdulica. This second way is faster and much more comfortable, with respect to international and transit tourism, because it uses the highway to Vladicin Han (or the railroad) and then some 29 km more to come to Vlasina lake.  The lake is distanced 119 km from Nis, and 350 km from Belgrade, some 55 km from Vranje, 108 km from Kumanovo and 143 km from Skopje. If we add that it is distanced only 157 km from Sophia (with a modern highway available) in one, and 62 km from Custendil in the other route, we can easily conclude that this lake, and this region has an outstanding geographical and travelling position.
